Who Holds the Licences
Tower Rush is developed by Galaxsys, operating under the legal entity Digitain (MT) Limited, registered in Malta at Dragonara Business Centre, 5th Floor, Dragonara Road, St. Julians, STJ3141. All licences and certifications described on this page belong to that entity and cover the full portfolio of games produced under the Galaxsys brand.
Malta Gaming Authority
The primary licence held by Galaxsys is a critical gaming supply licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority under reference number MGA/B2B/592/2018, granted on 29 January 2020. The MGA is one of the most respected gambling regulators in the world, requiring licence holders to meet strict standards around game fairness, data protection, responsible gambling, and financial integrity. Holding this licence means that Tower Rush and all other Galaxsys titles are subject to ongoing regulatory oversight from a reputable European authority.
UK Gambling Commission
Galaxsys also holds two remote licences from the UK Gambling Commission under account number 63601. These cover a remote casino game host operating licence and a remote gambling software licence. The UKGC operates one of the strictest regulatory frameworks globally, and its requirements around player protection, anti-money laundering, and game integrity are among the highest in the industry.
Additional Certifications
Beyond the two primary regulatory licences, Galaxsys games are independently tested and certified by Gaming Laboratories International under the GLI-19 standard, as well as by Gaming Associates. The studio also holds a national licence in Greece issued by the Hellenic Gaming Commission. Individual titles have received market-specific certifications in Croatia, Malta, Romania, Peru, and Belgium, allowing regulated distribution across multiple jurisdictions with distinct compliance requirements.
Provably Fair Technology
Tower Rush uses a Quantum Random Number Generator sourced from ID Quantique, a globally recognised provider of quantum-safe security technology. Every round produces a server seed that is cryptographically hashed before play begins. After each round, players can verify the result independently using the hash, server seed, and client seed displayed in the Shield icon within the game interface. This system makes it technically impossible for any party to alter the outcome after a bet is placed.
